It seems that such simple memories of playing basketball pick up games and during phys ed classes were nothing more than fun and amusement even then in high school, but that is all I have left of Bill O'Brien sadly still they are worth remembering. One quote I do remember as an adult from Bill was at the 1990 reunion when he said he appreciated me in high school because I never seemed to give him or anyone else any grief or s h t. Well, I think that is also because I was too apathetic in High School to be passionately involved in anything enough to rise from that stupor i was in for four years. Rest in peace Bill. Dave Milam
